Shipping & Delivery
All orders are generally dispatched within 1-4 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped insured via DHL or FedEx. When your order leaves our store you will receive a tracking number by email that can be used to check the delivery status of your order. All orders are dispatched on general working days.
Orders from Germany are handled via DHL and are usually delivered within 1-2 working days. International deliveries may take up to 1-4 working days and are shipped via FedEx (exceptions for free delivery may apply).
Orders from Germany can also be picked up at our store in Hamburg, Germany. Please select the option ”Pick Up In-Store” for this. Your order will then be ready to be collected on the following weekday. Please have your order number at hand when collecting your order.

EUR 15,- to all EU countries
EUR 25,- to European countries except EU
EUR 40,- for worldwide shipping including USA, Canada and Asia
Free delivery
Germany: for all orders over EUR 100,-
Europe (EU & Non-EU): for all orders over EUR 300,-
World: for all orders over EUR 500,-
Free deliveries are handled by either DHL or FedEx.
Payment methods
All orders can be securely paid via bank wire, PayPal, MasterCard or Visa. For customers from Germany we also offer payment with cash when collection your order from our store in Hamburg, Germany. Orders paid by credit card might be subject to additional validation and shipped only after the validation process was successfull.
Returns
You have the option to return or exchange purchased products for any reason within 14 days of having received it. If you wish to return a product please contact us for details. Returned products must be in unused condition and have all tags in place. Please note that all sales of reduced products are final and can not be returned/refunded.
Tax free shopping
Customers outside the European Union are exempt from VAT tax. 19% of the total amount will be deducted from the total when you select your country at the checkout.
